摘要
本文报道一种使用半导体致冷装置的新型无水冷却CO_2激光器。该激光器的放电管长200mm,内径5mm,能在无水冷却的条件下连续运转,输出功率1.5W,效率为6.3%。
A new type of CO2 laser without water cooling, applied semiconductor refrigeration device, is presented. The discharge tube length and bore of this laser are 200 mm and 5 mm respectively. It can work continuously without water cooling with an output power of 1. 5 watts and an efficiency of 6.3%
