近年来，封离型玻璃外壳气体激光管在工业，医疗、军事、科研等部门得到了广泛的应用，为了保证气体激光管的质量，需要找到一种能够方便而有效地对激光管制造过程和工作过程质量进行检测的手段。对气体激光管而言，特别重要的是要控制和检测管内工作气体压强和组份的变化情况。按常规方法，必须从密封的激光管内取出少量气体，用质谱计等精密仪器进行气体分析。

In this paper, a new convenient method of synthetical testing gas laser atmosphere based external electrode gas discharge ander the condition of non-destroy seat of gas laser is presented. It can be used in quality control manufacturing gas laser process and quality test working process of gas laser. It has a practical significance for improve the quality and reliability of gas laser.
