摘要
近廿年来激光在生物学、医学和农业中已有广泛的研究与应用,并取得了很有意义的进展。我们以3371A的N2激光诱导油菜变异,结果表明,N2激光有一定的生物学效应。辐照花器结合进行有性杂交,F1获得较高的结实率并初步育成一个白菜型品种;辐照干种子观察到与未经照射者相同。鉴于林月婵、李宝健、胡能书等的研究与上述实验结果,考虑以此方法克服远缘杂交不孕障碍。在油萝卜、芝麻菜与油菜间的杂交中,父本花药经N2激光照射后授粉取得了较好效果。现将主要实验结果简要报导如下:
N2 laser was used in the rape breeding. Before pollinating the anther of male plants was radiatn with N2 laser. The treatment resulted in overcoming incompatibility on distant hybridization. 33 hybridseeds were received from 177 flowers of the Raphanus sativus var.olrifera X Brassiea napus cross; 8 hybridseeds were gotten from 157 flowers of the Eruca sativa X B.napus cross, but no seeds were borne in check.
