He-Ne激光、CO_2激光照射治疗乳腺炎124例临床小结

124 cases suffering from mastitis treated with He-Ne or C02 laser radiation

乳腺炎为外科常见病，临床上可采取多种方法给予治疗，但常波及母乳的分泌和质量；给婴儿喂养带来一定影响。我院自83年以来分别采用He-Ne激光、CO2激光照射的方法治疗乳腺炎取得一定效果。现将其中资料详细的124例患者治疗情况报告如下：

124 cases suffering from mastitis were randomly divided into the He- Ne laser group and CO2 laser group. The cure rate in the former was 51. 78% and the latter was 54.4%. The results suggest that treatment of mastitis with He-Ne laser and CO2 laser radiation. is simple, effective and safe.
