对氦氖激光管凹面反射镜来说,同心度的要求十分苛刻,用激光校准监视贴片难以达到理想精度,故应结合采用光电校准法,以达到最佳输出状态。

It is very strict that concentricity of He-Ne laser tube concave reftecting mirror, so that it is impossible to meet high prqcision requirement only by lase calibration method to monitor gluing. Therefore, it should be combined with opti-electrical calibration method in order to obtain optimum output power.
