摘要
本文在华东电网１９９６年新投产项目的基础上，分析了２２０ｋＶ省际联络线开断运行的必要性和可能性，通过对几种具体开断方案的比较，确认２２０ｋＶ省际联络线同时开断为最佳开断方式。本文还针对现有电网存在的问题提出了作者的看法。
Based on the projects of East China Electric Power Grid (ECEPG) in 1996, the necessity and possibility of the switching-off operating mode of 220kV inter-provin-cial tie lines are analyzed. After the comparison of several switching-off schemes,the best switching-off mode, i. e., simultaneously switching--off all of these inter-provincial tie lines, is confirmed. Furthermore, how to solve the existing problems is suggested.
