摘要
介绍了SnO2系、ZnO系、ZnS系、WO3系及复合氧化物半导体型H2S气敏材料的国内外研究现状;阐述了掺杂及制备方法对提高气敏材料的灵敏度、选择性以及降低工作温度和缩短响应-恢复时间等方面的影响;提出了气体传感器的发展方向。
The research on H2S-sensing materials, such as SnO2, ZnO, ZnS, WO3 and composite metal oxide is summarized. The effects of dopant and preparation method on promoting the sensitivity and selectivity, lowering working temperature, and shortening response time and recovery time are discussed. Based on the domestic and overseas research status in this field, the development trend of gas sensors is presented.
