摘要 为使化学镀N i-P合金镀层具有更好的硬度,耐磨、耐蚀等优良的性能,以硫酸镍为主盐,还原剂为次亚磷酸钠,络合剂为乳酸,并辅以其它助剂,控制pH为4.5,温度为(90±2)℃,以ZrB2为弥散相;研究N iP-ZrB2化学复合镀层中ZrB2含量与镀液中ZrB2含量的关系,探讨镀层中ZrB2的含量对镀层的硬度、耐蚀性的影响。结果表明,镀层中的ZrB2粒子含量随镀液中ZrB2添加量的增加而增大,镀层的显微硬度与镀层中ZrB2粒子含量呈线性增加的关系,镀层的耐腐蚀性随ZrB2粒子在镀层中含量的增加而提高。 In order to make the alloy coating of Chemical Ni-P plating have the better hardness , wear and corrosion resistance and so on, in the experiment, main salt is nickel sulfate, reducing agent is sodium hyphosphate, main complex agent is citric acid, and the other auxiliary is added. The pH value is about g. 5, temperature is 90℃, The dispersed phase is ZrB2. The relation between ZrB2 content in coating and solution was studied in composite chemical NiP-ZrB2 plating. The effects of ZrB2 content in coating on the hardness and corrosion resistance were investigated and discussed. Experimental results show that the content of ZrB2 in the coating increases with the increasement of ZrB2 concentration in solution. The relation between micro-hardness of composite NiP-ZrB2 coating with ZrB2 in the coating is line increment. The corrosion resistance of the composite NiP-ZrB2 coating is improved.
