双硫腙水相增溶法测定中成药中锌、汞研究

摘要 研究在 Tween-20增溶下,双硫腙水相直接分光光度法测定中成药冰硼散、三七片中的锌、汞含量。确定了实验条件。同时研究了干法、湿法及微波法消解对样品的处理效果。为中成药的前处理方法提供了一定依据。 This experiment studied direct spectrophotometric determination of trace mercury and zinc of traditional Chinese medicine by an aquocus solution with dithizone. The results show that aceton and the surfactant or Tween-20 promote the solvency of dithizone in water and the apparent molar absorptivities are ε_(Hg)^(496)=5.84×10~4L·mel^(-1)· cm^(-1)and ε_(Zn)^(525)=1.92×10~4L·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1).Beer's law is obeyed from 4 to 80 ug·50ml^(-1)for Hg and 1 to 40 ug·50ml^(-1)for in.It is proved that the pretrement of samples by microwave is more effective than by dry and wet process.
