摘要
本文对旋流分离器涡室内带粒流进行了数值分析,用拉格朗日法模拟粒子的轨迹及其扩散运动,应用四阶龙科──库塔方法数值求解粒子的运动平衡方程,通过气体速度随机脉动谱把气相湍流运动对固体粒子运动的影响引入本文的数值模拟中。计算结果表明固体粒子的数值模拟可以较理想地预测分离器的某些性能。
A numerical study has been conducted for the flow of a dilute particle-laden gas flow in the vortex chamber of the Rotary Cyclone Dust Collectors(RCDC). The trace of particle was gotten from the calculation of individual particle movement in the gas flow field in RCDC.The three-dimensional motion of particle in RCDC was described by the Lagrangian formulated deterministic equilibrium equations. The fourth-order Runge-Kutta scheme was used to solve particle equilibrium equations. The influence of trubulent gas fluctuations on particle motion was taken into account by means of gas velocity stochastic fluctuation spectrum. The calculation result shows that the numerical simulations of solid particle could predict the cut-size for RCDC more accurately than other separation efficiency theory and the information of particle trajectories is then used to predict the performance of RCDC.
