摘要
本文介绍汽车覆盖件成形过程有限元模拟两个软件ITAS—3D和DYNAMIC的最新研究成果,基本原理和有关接触搜索、摩擦和拉伸筋模型等关键技术。
This paper introduces the newest progress in the development of finite element simulation technology for sheet forming processes in Japan regarding to two main software packages: ITAS-3D and DYNAMIC.Firstly, the fundementals of ITAS-3D and DYNAMIC are described. Then,some recent developments of the relevant key technologies such as contact searching algorithms, the contact, friction and draw bead modeling, which are achieved by the author and his colleagues during recent years, are briefly presented. Finally, two practical simulation examples are provided to.show the current status of the application of such technology in the industries of Japan.
