在新的历史条件下,医疗纠纷表现出复杂的特点。医学是一种高风险职业,在医疗实践中,诊断、治疗的效果有时是难以准确估计与确定的,面对个体千差万别的病人,技术水平和责任心不同的医务人员,治疗效果最终也会有不同。随着新《医疗事故处理条例》所界定的医疗事故范围的增宽,医疗纠纷也随之有所上升,给医院管理提出了新的课题。如何防范和减少医疗纠纷,本文从深层次研究医疗纠纷的原因,提出相应的防范措施。

There are different and complicated medical disputes between the hospitals and patients at present. Medicine is a high risking occupation and it is difficuh to estimate and definitude the effects of diagnosis and treatment occasionally. There were different results because of various conditions, special technologies and personal abilities. The disputes between the hospitals and patients were higher than before following enlargement of contents about medical accident which were constituted by new The Management Law of Medical Accidents, it is a new challenge to manage hospital. For these questions, we discuss the reasons of disputes between the hospitals and patients and .give some suggestions to prevent them.
