摘要
在医学科研和新药评价等工作中，存在一个不可忽视的问题，即相当数量的科研工作者轻视和误用统计学，并由此产生了不良的后果。作者逐一分析了在试验设计、选取数据和选用统计方法方面存在的主要问题。
A problem in medical scientific research and evaluation of new drugs is that a number of researchers pay no attention to and misuse statistics, resulting in serious consequences. In this paper, the main problems with experimental designs, selection of data and statistical methods are analyzed and the serious harm made by these mistakes to the scientific research are discussed. The author appeals to the researchers and relevant authoritics to pay attention to statistics.
