利用M28串联重复序列对鼠疫菌进行基因分型 被引量:6

摘要 目的利用串联重复序列对我国的鼠疫菌株进行基因分型。方法对我国的165株鼠疫菌株的染色体DNA进行PCR扩增,然后利用UVIpro GAS7001X凝胶影像分析系统对扩增图谱进行长度分析。结果实验菌株都可以扩增出目的条带,按照其扩增片段长度分析可将实验菌株分为12个菌型。结论利用串联重复序列的长度多态性对我国的鼠疫菌株进行基因分型是一种切实可行的方法。 Objective To apply the M28 tandem repeat to genetype the Y, pestis, Methods Chromosom DNA of the Chinese Y. Pestis was extracted and amplified by PCR and then the amplification fragment length was analyzed by UVIpro GAS7001X. Results Differences in diversity were observed among the selected isolates, ranging from 3 to 15 alleles. Conclusions It was available to apply the tan dem repeat to genetype Y, pestis.
