摘要 通过对韶钢滚切式双边剪的夹送控制系统改造,提出了滚切式双边剪的夹送控制系统可靠的同步控制方案。文章以多台直流电机为例,阐述多电机同步控制的实现方案;结合实际情况,讨论了同步控制中存在的问题及解决问题的措施。运行结果表明,该系统设计合理,可靠性高,有较好的推广应用价值。 Through alteration of the clamping and delivering control system of rolling-cut double-sides shears in CSG Co. , the reliable control plan to the rolling-cut doublesides shears is presented. This paper takes the multiple DC motors as examples, describes the realization plan of synchronization control of multiple DC motors, discusses the problems and the solution measures in the synchronization control system. The operation result indicates that this system has the advantages of reasonable design, high reliability, and good promotion and application values.
