通过分析近年来艾滋病的相关文献和文件,描述了目前我国艾滋病的流行形势、服务提供体系、主要的防治政策和干预项目。分析了现阶段防治工作中存在的突出问题,提出了解决的建议。

For implementing the document about reform of personnel system in institutes from Ministry of Personnel and Ministry of Health, combining with the practice, insisting in three principles, determining four publicities, highlighting three references, and establishing three systems, the First People＇s Hospital of Yidu tried to carry out appointment to nursing position and reform the personnel system, which primarily realized three changes and three breakthroughs and gained some experiences.
