摘要 设计了一种以冷轧翅片管为冷却元件的拖拉机用柴油机散热器。以冷轧翅片管代替扁管管片芯子结构。散热器外壳及其附属元件不作任何改变,便于加工和推广应用。在试验台上的试验表明,散热效果显著。 A new kind of radiator for tractor is introduced in this paper. Its cooling cells are cold rectifying fin tubes instead of tabular tubes. One advantage of this rectifying fin tubes is it can save a lot of copper, but using relatively cheaper aluminum and its machining craftwork is coldrolling, it can reach zero clearance connection and shake-proof at long run time, so it exceeded the tabular tubes obviously. In order to produce and popularize the radiator, its shells and accessary are not changed. Experimental results from the bench test show that their cooling cells have higher heat transfer coefficient.
