摘要
通过对旋流泵内部流道进行三维造型,将非结构化网格生成技术应用于旋流泵的内部流场,把旋流泵无叶腔和叶轮作为一个整体,对其内部三维不可压湍流场进行数值模拟。基于雷诺时均方程和k-ε双方程湍流模型,利用有限体积法对控制方程进行离散,用交错网格存放变量,然后用SIMPLE算法求解,给出了速度和压力分布图,并对计算结果进行了分析和研究。
Vortex pumps are widely used in the fields of environment protection and chemical industry etc. A 3-D model of the internal flow channel for a model of WQX20 - 16 - 2.2 has been constructed. For the first time, using the unstructured grid generation technique and considering impeller and volute as a whole, the 3-D incompressible internal turbulent flow field of vortex pump has been numerically simulated. Reynolds time-averaged control equations and k-ε two- equation turbulent flow model are applied. Then using BFC, the control equation has been dispersed with FVM, and the variables have been stored in a staggered grid system. Finally, the distribution of velocity and pressure in the interior of vortex pump has been achieved and the simulated result has been analyzed by using the SIMPLE arithmetic.
