Design and Experiments on Residential Heating Furnace with Biomass Smoldering

摘要 根据山东省农村住宅冬季取暖要求,设计了装料尺寸为33cm×46cm×45cm的生物质阴燃取暖炉实验台。通过初步实验,确定了装料时压实生物质料、装料后在表面覆盖灰的阴燃操作方法。实验表明,自然干燥的草坪高羊茅草和麦秸均能稳定阴燃。约3.6kg含水率为8.1%的高羊茅草或含水率为10.2%的麦秸在炉内阴燃时,炉腔中心点温度维持400℃以上分别达600min和400min,炉内物料上部气体产物温度最高不超过120℃,炉体外壁面温度维持50℃以上可达12h。 According to caloric requirement of heating rural house in Shandong Province in winter, a heating furnace with the size of 33 cm × 46 cm × 45 cm for biomass smoldering was designed and set up. A loading material method of pressing the agricultural residue tightly and covering the surface with ash was proposed after some experiments. Experimental results showed that air dried grass and wheat straw can smolder stably in the furnace under above condition. When grass about 3.6 kg with moisture content of 8.1% and wheat straw of the similar weight with moisture content of 10.2% smoldered in the furnace, temperature at the center of material kept above 400℃ for more than 600 minutes and 400 minutes respectively. At the same time, gas temperature above the material in the furnace was less than 120℃. And temperature at the surface of the furnace was kept above 50℃ for more than 12 hours. All these showed that the slow exothermic process in the residential heating furnace has great potential in heating rural house.
