摘要
精确掌握零部件在工作环境中的温度分布规律是提高零部件热变形计算精度的基础。以无限大平板为例,对温度动态变化环境下的热传导规律进行了研究,将数值法和解析法相结合进行计算,可准确得出平板内温度随时间变化的分布规律。
Precisely acquiring the temperature distribution of the parts in the working environments is crucial to improve its calculation accuracy of thermal deformation. This paper studies the thermal conduction rule of the infinite flat parts during dynamic temperature fluctuation, and uses the synthesis calculation based on numerical and analytical methods to achieve precise temperature distribution rule on time. This method is valuable in productive practices.
