摘要
研究了不同等温温度对奥贝球铁组织和力学性能的影响,讨论了奥贝球铁加工硬化对冷加工性能的影响。同时将奥贝球铁齿轮代替40Cr调质钢齿轮进行装机试验,对降噪声和耐磨性进行了测试。试验结果表明,奥贝球铁齿轮机械性能高于40Cr调质钢,柴油机整机噪声降低1.92dB(A),齿轮侧噪声下降5.3dB(A)。奥贝球铁齿轮经过45h磨合后,在标定工况下连续运转1000h,齿轮无异常磨损,齿轮间隙与极限间隙还有0.13mm的余量,其摩擦磨损性能合格。
The influences of different austempering temperatures on the microstructures and mechanical properties of austempered ductile iron (ADI) were studied. The effect of work hardening on machinablities of ADI was also investigated. Meanwhile some ADI gears replaced the 40Cr hardened and tempered steel gears in a diesel engine to test the functions of reducing noise and wear resistance. Experimental results showed that the mechanical properties of ADI gears were higher than that of 40Cr hardened and tempered steel gears. The ADI gears lowered the working noise of the whole diesel engine by 1.92 dB(A) and the'noise on the side of the gears by 5.3 dB (A). After 45 hours wear-in and 1 000 hours continuous operation in standard conditions, there was no abnormal wear in the ADI gears but allowance of 0. 13 mm between limit gap and gear gap still existed. So the frictional and wearing properties of ADI gears were qualified.
