强化戊二醛气化消毒的效果及应用研究

STUDY ON EFFECACY AND APPLICATION OF POTENTIATED GLUTARALDEHYDE EVAPORATION DISINFECTION

强化戊二醛消毒液经过气化消毒柜气化用于临床物品消毒,为研究其实际杀菌效果,采用载体定量杀菌试验及现场消毒试验进行了观察。结果,以20 g/L强化戊二醛消毒液经AJSJ消毒柜内温度44℃条件下气化熏蒸,对载体上枯草杆菌黑色变种繁殖体作用2 h,杀灭率达100%,并可完全破环载体上乙型肝炎表面抗原阳性血清的抗原性。结论,20 g/L强化戊二醛在专用设备内进行气化消毒,可杀灭细菌繁殖体和灭活乙型肝炎表面抗原。

Potentiated glutaraldehyde disinfection solution was used for disinfection of clinical articles after evaporation in evaporation disinfection chamber. In order to study its actual germicidal efficacy, carrier quantitative germicidal test and field disinfection trial were used to carry out observation. Results： The solution containing potentiated glutaraldehyde 20 g/ L was evaporated at 44℃ in AJSJ disinfection chamber. The killing rate of vegetative form of Bacillus subtilis var. nigeron carriers fumigated in the vapor for 2 h attained 100% and fumigation of the HBsAg positive serum on carriers could completely destroy the antigenicity of HBsAg. Conclusion： Disinfection with evaporated potentiatied glutaraldehyde 20 g/L in special device can kill vegetative forms of bacteria and inactivating HBsAg.
