摘要
设计了一种可视化流程语言,介绍了其设计思路和实现方案。该语言以数据流为中心,具有模块化、并行化、可视化等特性,为解决生物信息领域的相关问题提供了一种新的工具。用例表明,该语言为实现生物信息领域应用程序的快速开发和大规模并行任务处理提供了有效的解决手段。
A data-flow visualized language is designed in this paper. We demonstrate its design details, implementation instance and a use case. The language is data- flow centric and some special features are provided to resolve the complex application specified programruing, such as modularization, parallelization, and visualization etc. The use case indicates that B language has unique advantage while tackling the tasks of large scale parallel processing and being willing to imporve efficiency of development.
