摘要
目的探讨患慢性乙型肝炎的中学生的心理健康状况。方法采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)、抑郁自评量表(CES-D)、艾森克个性问卷(EPQ)调查322名患慢性乙型肝炎的中学生,同时以1:2配比随机抽取与病例同班的健康学生作为对照组进行心理评价。结果乙肝组的抑郁、焦虑、人际敏感3个症状群的评分均显著高于对照组;乙肝组存在明显的抑郁心理,但大部分仍处于可能抑郁阶段;乙肝组的EPQ的N维度得分高于对照组且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中学生慢性乙型肝炎患者存在不同程度的心理健康问题,其特点主要表现为抑郁、焦虑、人际敏感以及情绪稳定性差。
Objective To investigate the psychological health status of high school students with chronic hepatitis B (CHB) .Methods 322 high school students with CHB were scored psychologically with Symptom Checklist 90(SCL-90), CES-D and Eysenck Personality Questionnaire(EPQ), which were matched at random with the healthy students in the same class by the ratio of 1 : 2. Results The item score of depression, anxiey or interpersonal relations in SCL-90 of students with CHB was higher than that of the healthy students respectively;The students with CHB were of depressibility and most of them were at the likely stage;The students with CHB got hieher N scores in EPQ than the healthy students, the difference of which was significant. Conclusion The psychological status of high school students with CHB was unhealthy to a certain degree, which presented characteristically depression, anxiety, hypersusceptibility of interpersonal relations and instability of emotions.
