摘要 使用Boc-氨基酸经N,N′-二环己基碳二亚氨,在N-甲基吗啡啉存在下接肽,得到带保护基的精氨酰-甘氨酰-天冬氨酸(RGD)三肽,用CF3COOH-CF3SO3H脱保护,得到RGD肽,总产率71%。 The RGD with block groups was synthesized from the boc-amino acids which were activated by DCC in N-methylmorpholine,after getting rid of the block groups with CF3COOH and CF3SO3H, there resulted RGD with an overall yield of 71%.
