合成法尼基丙酮的优化实验条件 被引量:9

摘要 以橙花叔醇和乙酰乙酸甲酯为原料,异丙醇铝为催化剂,采用改良的Carroll反应制得法尼基丙酮,并用气相色谱和红外光谱对其含量和结构进行了分析。探讨了合成过程中的各种因素对收率的影响,确定了合成标题化合物的最佳实验条件:反应温度为170℃,橙花叔醇、乙酰乙酸甲酯与催化剂异丙醇铝的物质的量比为1:1.11:0.02,保温温度178-180℃和保温时间为2.5h。选用此实验条件收率可达99.0%。 Synthesis of farnesylacetone from nerolidol and methyl ucetoacetate using aluminium isopropoxide as catalyst in an improved Carroll reaction was studied. The content and structure of farnesylacetone were confirmed by C,C and IR. The main factors affecting the reaction were discussed and the optimum reaction conditions were determined. The results showed that the yield of farnesylacetone could reach 99.0% when the reacton the temperature was 170℃, molar ratio of nerolidol to methyl acetoacetate to aluminium isopropoxlde was 1 : 1.11 : 0.02, the temperature was then kept at 178-180℃ for 2.5h.
