摘要
本文旨在对我国处级党政干部自律品质的内容结构进行探讨,以期能够为我国党政干部的选拔和测评工作提供服务。我们运用自编的处级党政干部自律品质问卷对260名处级党政干部施测,结果发现:(1)处级党政干部自律品质由自我规范性、自我调节性、自我促进性、自我容忍性和自我实现性五个因素构成;(2)自我规范性对处级党政干部自律品质的贡献性最大,其次为自我促进性、自我调节性、自我容忍性和自我实现性;(3)自律品质问卷具有良好的信度和效度,具有一定的推广价值。
This study approaches the self-diseipline traits of our Party and govemmental leaders and measuring forms, with a view to offer service for the sdection and test of cadres. By using our own self-diseipline traits scale of the Party and governmental leaders, we got the following conclusion: First, exploratory factor analysis indicated that the self-discipline traits of our Party and governmental leaders consisted of 5 factors, namely, self-criterion, self-improvement, serf-adaptation, tolerance, and self-fulfillment. Second, self-criterion is more important than self-improvement, stir-adaptation, tolerance, and sdf-fulfillment Finally, the analyses of reliability and validity of the new instrument indicate that the self-diseipline scale is a reliable and valid instrument.
