摘要
建立了矿样中三氧化钨含量的测定方法.采用UV—3000型分光光度计,用光度法来测定钨的吸光度,通过钨的标准曲线来测定矿样中钨的含量.分光光度法是基于物质对光的选择性吸收而建立起来的一种具有较高准确度的分析方法,具有灵敏度高、精密度高、分析范围广、分析速度快、仪器简单、操作方便、测定元素众多等特点.矿样的分解通常采用酸分解和碱性熔剂溶解的方法.采用碱性熔剂溶解的方法,在盐酸酸度下,经过三氯化钛将W3+还原为W5+,W5+可与硫氰酸根生成黄色络合物,借此比色.
Method of determination of tungsten content trioxide in core sample is established. UV - 3000 spectrophoto meter was applied to measure tungsten by photometric method, then the cortert of tungsten in core sample was achieved through the criterion curve of tungsten. Photometric method is based on photo selective absorb, characterized by high sensation and precision, extensive analytical range, quick analytical rate, simple instrument, convenient operation, numerous element determined. The method of acid decomposement and alkali liquate thaw is generally applied to decompose the core sample. By the method of alkali liquate thaw, in acid solution state W^3+ is deoxidized into W^5+ through the TiCl3, then the reaction between W^5+ and HS - turns into yellow complex which is determined in photometric method.
