摘要
某化工厂丙烯腈反应器冷却水管弯管部位发生爆管。对失效弯管的化学成分、宏观形貌和微观形貌进行了检查,对管内表面腐蚀产物、结瘤物及管内压力和流速等进行了分析。结果表明,失效弯管内表面呈蜂窝状结构;由于直管与弯管的管径差异,使弯管内壁凹面压力增大而导致气泡破裂造成气蚀条件;同时在弯管凸面沉积了结瘤物(铁的氧化物)。由此认为,冷却管爆管主要是因为水管弯管部位长时间气蚀磨损造成的,据此提出了延长设备寿命的措施。
A below of cooling water pipes of acrylonitrile reactor bursted. A series of analytic tests were conducted as follows: the chemical composition, macro-appearance, micro-appearance, surface corrosion products, surface fouling, pressure and velocity. Results indicated that faiure below surface was alveolate and pressure of inner concave of the below was increased. It's believed that part cavitation erosion for a long time was the main reason which caused the below bursted. The measures for reducing the danger were discussed.
