摘要
采用化学分析、断口形貌分析和金相组织检验等方法,对沙滩车断裂的倒车档轴进行了分析。结果表明,倒车档轴断裂属多源旋转弯曲疲劳断裂,裂源处机加工精度不高,造成应力集中,是发生断裂的原因之一;而该倒车档轴由于渗碳淬火层深度不够,心部铁素体较多,导致其抗疲劳能力下降,因此热处理工艺不当也是发生断裂的另一重要原因。
The failure of reverse shaft of dune buggy is analyzed in this paper. The results showed that the reverse shaft failure belongs to multi-source circumgyrate bending fatigue fracture. Since the machining process of the shaft was not controlled precisely, there would exist stress concentration at the edges. When the shaft was operation, the concentrational stress caused to the shaft fatigue fracture. Through the metallographical examination of the material, the microstructure of the material treated by carburizing and quenching was tempered martensite on the surface, conditioning heat treatment which left more ferrite in the center of the shaft, so the improper heat treatment operation became another reason of the failure.
