解毒护肝冲剂治疗慢性活动性乙型肝炎85例疗效观察

CLINICAL OBSERVATION OF TREATMENT WITH JIEDU HUGAN CHONGJI (解毒护肝冲剂)IN 85 PATIENTS WITH CHRONIC ACTIVE HEPATITIS B

用解毒护肝冲剂治疗慢性活动性乙型肝炎85例，HBeAg阴转率67．39K，HBV—DNA阴转率48．44％，ALT恢复正常73．08％，SB恢复正常84．85％，A／G比值恢复至≥1．5为51．56％，血清白蛋白均值由35.45g／L增至41．02g／L．球蛋白均值由32．58g／L降至26．92g／L，γ－球蛋白均值由25．34％降至19．87％，综合疗效分析临床基本治愈率29．41％，显效43．53％，好转17.65％．表明解毒护肝冲剂治疗慢性活动性乙型肝炎有较好疗效．

Eighty-five patients with chronic active hepatitis B were treated with Jiedu Hugan Chongji(JDHGCJ, a traditional Chinese medicine preparation). By the end of the treatment, the neg-ative conversion rates of HBeAg and HBV-DNA were 67. 39% and 48. 44% respectively, and the normalization rates of ALT. SB and A/G were 73. 08%. 84. 85% and 51. 56% respectively. More-over, the average level of serum albumin was increaed from 35. 45g/L to 41. 02g/L, and that of serum globulin was decreased from 32. 48g/L to 26. 92g/L. The average level of r-globulin was ro duced from 25. 34% t0 l9' 87%. The clinic cure rate. marked effective rate and effective rate were29. 4l%- 43. 5% and 17. 65% respectively. During the. Period of medication no toxicity was found.These results showed that JDHGCJ was fairly effective in treatment of chronic active hepatitis B.
