摘要
影响初中教育发展的因素很多,单一因素的变化难以促使整体面貌的改观。因此,应从学校教学发展开始,由内向外拓展,走内涵发展的改革思路。运用系统分析方法,围绕“学习、教学、研修”的主题,构建学校、教师和学生协调性发展的运作模式,促进初中学校教学的可持续发展。
There are a lot of factors affecting the educational development of junior schools, and it is hard to change the situation completely only by changing one factor. Therefore, we should start our change from the school' s educational development, expanding to the exterior from the interior and construct an operational pattern of coordinative development between school, teachers and students by means of systematic analytical method, promoting the sustainable development of junior schools' instruction with learning, teaching and researching as the topics.
