摘要
新课程改革成功的关键在于教师教学行为的转变。表面上教师教学行为的转变是教师教学行为方式的变化,如课程资源的开发、课堂教学的规划和实施、课后教学评价等行为方式的变化;实质上,教师教学行为的转变根本上源于教师教学态度的转变。要转变教师教学态度,就必须采取有效的态度转变策略。
The key of success of new curriculum reform lies in the change of teachers' teaching behavior. On the surface, the change of teachers' teaching behavior is that of their teaching behavioral ways, such as the changes in the exploitation of curriculum resources, the planning and implementation of classroom teaching and teaching evaluation after class. In essence the change of teachers' teaching behavior is actually the change of their attitude. To change teachers' teaching attitude, we must adopt effective strategies.
