摘要
为研究盾构掘进施工对周围土体及邻近工程设施的影响,在现场实测天津地铁1号线盾构试验段数据的基础上,采用有限元程序ABAQUS对盾构掘进过程进行了动态模拟,计算结果与实测值吻合良好.进一步分析了盾构掘进对邻近建筑物、地下管线和桩基础等工程设施带来的影响,得到了沉降槽曲线与影响临近工程设施的具体数值.计算结果表明,工程设施离隧道越近,受到盾构掘进的影响越大,当距离3倍洞径以外时影响已经很小,距离大于4倍洞径时,影响可以忽略不计.
The effects of shield tunneling on the soil and job facilities around the tunnel are studied. The shield tunneling in Tianjin No. 1 subway project is simulated by using finite element program ABAQUS and the simulation results agree with the measured ones. Furthermore, the effects of shield tunneling on neighboring buildings, underground pipelines and pile foundations are atMyzed, and the surface settlement profiles and the specific values are obtained. The results indicate that the nearer the tunnel to job facilities is, the more remarkable the effects of shield tunneling on neighboring job facilities are. When the distance exceeds 3 times the size of the tunnel diameter, the effects are little; and when the distance exceeds 4 times the size of the tunnel diameter, the effects can be ignored.
