循证医学教育理论在临床教学医院的应用研究

Application of evidence-based medical education on clinical educational hospitals

现代医学模式是在经验医学的基础上强调循证医学(evidence-based medicine,EBM)。循证医学成为临床领域迅速兴起的一种新趋势,并推动了21世纪临床医学的发展变革。循证医学教育(evidence-based medical education,EBME)是循证医学在普及中向医学教育领域发展而形成的。循证医学教育已是现代医学教育的核心理念。临床医生的教育和继续教育,对于提高医疗水平和学术发展起着至关重要的作用。循证医学的提出对临床医生的诊疗实践划定了新的标准和方向,但也给长期以经验医学为指导并采取行动的临床医生带来了困惑和迷茫,尤其是临床教学医院的临床医生如何在加强自身的循证医学知识和技能的同时做好医院的教学工作,是一个新的研究方向。本文在循证医学教育实践的基础上,探讨了这一问题。

Evidence-based medicine （EBM） is emphasized by modern medicine, based on the experience medicine. EBM has become a new tendency of clinical field, and has pushed the clinical innovation of 21st century ahead. Evidence-based medical education （EBME） has developed by the popularit of EBM on medicinal education, and has become the core theory of the modern medical education. Education and re-education of clinical doctors are critical for improving the medical and research quality. The suggestion of EBME has presented a new standard for the clinical application, however, it has taken puzzle to the clinical doctors based on experience. Especially for the clinical and educational hospitals, it is a new problem of how to enforce the EBM knowledge and to perform the educational work at the same time. This article has discussed on this topic, based on the EBME practice.
