637例中、老年干部血液流变学检测结果临床分析

Clinical analysis of hemodynamics examination parameters in 637middle and old age cadres

目的探讨中、老年人的血液流变学指标在防治老年性疾病中的价值。方法对637例中、老年干部进行健康体检,检查其血液流变学指标。根据体检结果分为高血压、冠心病、糖尿病、高血脂、肺心病的疾病组和健康对照组,经统计学处理比较其血液流变学指标。结果(1)随年龄增加,血液流变学指标有增高趋势;(2)老年性疾病发病率随年龄增加而增加,同时血液流变学指标的异常检出率也随之增加;(3)疾病组与对照组的血液流变学检测结果有明显差异,各疾病组的改变无特异性。结论老年性疾病与血液流变学的异常密切相关。定期对中、老年人进行血液流变学检测,对老年性疾病的预防、治疗有着非常积极的意义。

Objective To study the value of hemodynamics examination parameters in prevention and treatment of common geriatric diseases. Methods The hemodynamics parameters of 637cases were detected to compare the results of hepertension,coronary heart disease,diabetes,hyperlipemia,emphysema and health control group. Results （1）The parameters of hemodynamics examination parameters trended to rise with aging in numerical value. （2）The incidence of common geriatric diseases increased and abnormal rate of hemodynamics examination parameters increased with aging, （3）There was significant difference between disease groups and control group, but there was no specificity in the diseases goups. Conclusion There is extremely close correlation between the geriatric diseases and the abnormal hemodynamics examination parameters, It is significant to examine hemodynamics parameters termly in prevention and treatment of common geriatric disease.
