经过20多年的市场化改革,我国民营企业发展的制度环境有了很大的改善,但仍存在诸多的具体制度缺陷,要想实现民营企业的持续成长,我们需要在产权保护制度、市场竞争制度、融资制度以及企业制度等方面进行一系列制度创新。

Through more than twenty years market-oriented reform, although the institution circumstances of the growth of Chinese non-state- own enterprise have been changed greatly, there is still much drawback of concrete institution. In order to realize the lasting growth of non- state- own enterprise, a series of institutional innovation, such as property right institution, market institution, banking institution and enterprise institution, must be taken.
