摘要
城市的可持续发展是人类全面实施可持续发展战略的一个重要方面,城市经营是实施可持续发展战略的有效方法,城市经营模式的选择也就成为城市经营中最为关键的一环。玉溪市城市化发展已进入加速发展的中期阶段,通过对玉溪环境资源、人文资源和经济实力、区位优势等条件进行分析,认为玉溪应选择城市经营的环境经济模式,建设生态城市,并提出建设生态城市的对策与建议。
For the fully sustainable development of human being, city＇s sustainable development is one of its significant aspects. While running city is an effective method to this development, the selection of running model is the most important part of the whole. The urbanization of Yuxi City has run into the middle stage of accelerating development. Based on the analysis of environmental resources, human resources and economical strength of Yuxi City, I think to choose an environmentally running model, building ecological city, and put forward some countermeasures.
