摘要
用CXF-2F型个体可吸入粉尘采样器对工作面各工种多班测量确定作业人员平均吸尘情况,得出上巷工作人员受粉尘危害最严重,每班吸尘量达到407 mg,平均接触呼吸性粉尘尘浓度达424 mg/m3.用AFC-20A型粉尘测定仪,定点监测不同生产状况下粉尘浓度,在实际生产过程中,粉尘浓度基本在1 000 mg/m3以下;通过加强管理可以使全尘浓度控制在300 mg/m3,呼吸性粉尘浓度在100 mg/m3以内.
Using the CXF-2F type respirable coal dust individual sampling instruments, measured each occupational group average grime-inhaled statue, the results show that, miners in air-return way is to the most severe dust harm, inbreathe 407 mg each working day and average respirable coal dust exposures is up to 424 mg/m^3. Using AFC-20A type dust instruments and fix dot measure method, coal dust exposure under different working statues was surveyed. Dust exposure is basically under 1 000 mg/m^3 in actual working process; through intensify management methods, respirable and total coal dust concentration can been controlled under 300 and 100 mg/m^3 respectively.
