摘要
综述治理土壤石油污染的生物修复技术研究成果。分析影响石油污染物生物降解的因素,包括土壤环境因素、污染物因素和微生物因素,探讨生物强化修复的机制,总结出投加营养物、氧化剂、表面活性剂、高效降解菌或基因工程菌以及应用生物反应器、堆肥等有效的实施途径。
The investigation achievements on bioremediation technology on petroleum hydrocarbon-contaminated soil are reviewed. The factors influencing the biodegradation of petroleum hydrocarbon, including soil environment, contaminant and microorganism, are analyzed. The mechanism of the bioagumentaion remediation is discussed. The practically effective measures, such as nutrients, oxidants, surfactants, high-effectlve degradable microbe or gene engineering microbe (GEM) addition, and bioreactor adoption as well as composting, are summarized.
