摘要
目的探讨《中华妇产科杂志》载文作者、机构、地区分布情况,了解科研人员合作类型及特点,确定核心作者、核心机构和核心地区。方法对CMCC收录该刊1995～2004年论文进行文献计量学分析。结果10年发文3333篇,作者合作论文2979篇(89.38%),合作度3.70,单个作者论文354篇(10.62%),核心作者112人,发文636篇(19.08%),北京地区发文920篇(27.60%)居第一位。附属医院发文2208篇(66.25%),省、市医院发文555篇(16.65%),部队医院发文212篇(6.36%),高产机构10个,发文985篇(29.55%)。结论该刊论文作者分布范围广,论文合作率高,拥有一支实力雄厚,对刊物影响较大、造诣较深的活跃核心作者群。各地区在妇产科领域研究中科研力量分布不均衡,在研究机构中医学院校附属医院位居国内妇产科研究中前。
Objective To discuss the distribution of the writers, organizations and geography of the publications in the Chinese Journal of Obstetrics and Gynecology, and ascertain the core authors, core institutes and core regions. Methods According to the information of Chinese Medical Citation Index（CMCC）, Bibliometric method was used to analyze its publications and the authorship between 1995 to 2004. Results 3333 articles were published during ten years; in which the number of publications written by co-authors was 2979 （89.38%）, and degree of collaboration was 3.70. The number of papers with unique author was 354 （10.62%）, respectively. 112 core authors had published 636 papers （19.08%）. The top region was Beijing, which had 920（27,06%） articles. The articles from affiliated hospitals were 2208（66.25%）, followed by hospital 555（16,65%） and Army hospitals 212（6.36%）. The top 10 highly-quantities institutes had published 985（29.55%） papers. Conclusion Chinese Journal of Obstetrics and Gynecology had a wide distribution of author and high cooperative rate; it also had active and productive core authors who affected this journal deeply. The distribution of researcher in obstetrics and gynecology was different, the affiliated hospitals were in the top of rank of institutes.
