摘要 针对部队维修保障任务日益繁重、编制决策手段相对落后的现状,为了使编制决策工作更加快速、有效,该文提出了运用计算机技术建立决策支持系统的方法。文章首先分析了影响军用电子装备维修编制定员的因素,研究了维修人员需求量计算与编制模型设计和维修编制决策流程;然后通过采用三层C/S(客户/服务器)结构,构造军用电子维修编制决策支持系统(DSS)框架;最后简单介绍了系统的实现。该方法经某航空维修大队试用,取得了良好的实际效果。 Aiming at the increasing military maintenance duty and the comparatively behindhand decision - making measure, it is viable to build a Decision Support System based on the technology of computer to make the decision - making quickly and effective. At first, this article analyzes the factors affecting the structure decision of electronic armament' s maintenance structure, studies the calculation of the maintenance manpower and the design of structure models, and studies the flow of decision of maintenance structure. Then, we design the decision support system of electronic armament's maintenance structure by adopting the structure of three layers C/S (Client/Server). At last, we briefly introduce the realization of DSS. And the system has taken great effect after it was employed by a certain military aeronautic maintenance unit.
