摘要
电声检测模型(EAM模型)是为研究超声无损检测系统建立的一种系统模型。该模型组合了超声检测系统各个环节的子模型,包括:超声波激励脉冲发射,检测信号接收,连接电缆,超声换能器,以及在被检测材料中的传播过程。利用该方法对海底管道内爬行器的超声部分的设计进行计算机仿真,可以对爬行器设计方案进行前期验证,优化设计。这种方法既能缩短设计周期,又节省大量费用,可以说EAM模型为分析超声检测系统提供了一种全新而有力的工具。
Electroacoustic Measurement (EAM) Model is developed for an ultrasonic measurement system. This model combines all components of an ultrasonic measurement system, including pulser/receiver, cabling, transducer ( s), and the acoustic processes in the materials being inspected. Using this method we can validate the rationality of the design of intelligent robot for pipelines inspection in the seabed and optimize the design. And this method greatly saves both developing time and expenditures. This EAM model provides a new powerful tool for analyzing virtually any element in the measurement process.
