目的:优选丁香酚凝胶剂的处方。方法:以正交设计通过改良Franz扩散池筛选最佳处方配比,气相色谱法测定丁香酚含量。结果:制备的凝胶剂,细腻、光洁透明、稳定性好、释放药物快,且含量测定简单易行。结论:该凝胶剂配方合理,适宜于痤疮的治疗。

OBJECTIVE To choose the component of the eugenol acne gelata. METItODS Using improved Franz 2 type diffusion cell screening best prescription allocated proportion, gas chromatography was used to measure the drug content of the hydrogel. RESULTS The gelata was homogenous, transparent and stable. The drug released quickly, and the determination of content was simple and rapid . CONCLUSION The formulation of the gelata is reasonable. The gelata is suitable for remedy of acne .
