摘要 目的:了解治疗急性缺血性脑卒中的药物研究进展及方向。方法:对治疗急性缺血性脑卒中的药物按作用机制进行分类,并对各类药物的最新研究的进展进行综述。结果:对治疗急性缺血性脑卒中的各类药物的研究进展进行阐述。结论:随着脑缺血病理生理学机制研究的不断进展,预计在脑缺血治疗药物的开发上会有新的突破。
