摘要
针对上海轨道交通3号线列车车下走行部状态在线检测系统的实际要求,提出了运用数字信号处理器(DSP)技术进行平轮检测信号采集的总体方案。介绍了运用DSP技术检测平轮的硬件支持,并给出其软件设计流程。实践证明,用DSP实现高速多通道数据采集,用在线检测列车车下走行部状态,能够满足信号的分析要求,且具有真实性和有效性。
To meet the practical demands of vehicle safety detection in Shanghai rall transit Pearl Line, this paper proposes a general plan for the adoption of DSP technology to collect vibra tion signals, introduces the hardware support in detecting the flat wheel and its software design flow. As the resuh shows, the DSP technology could accomplish high-speed, multi-channcl data collection and thus ensure the reality and validity of the signal data in detecting the running cars, which are demanded by data analysis.
