摘要
本文分析了小传动比谐波齿轮传动的实现方法,对工程塑料柔轮小传动比谐波齿轮传动进行了承载能力和传动效率的试验研究。试验结果表明:用工程塑料制造柔轮是实现小传动比谐波齿轮传动的一条有效途径;工程塑料柔轮小传动比谐波齿轮传动减速器与三级国柱齿轮减速器、蜗杆减速器相比较,具有体积小、重量轻、制造成本低的优点。
The writer suggests the method to realize the ratio of the mini -gear to the harmonic gear drive and makes a test on the load capacity and the convey efficincy of the gears with engineering plastics to the harmonic gear drive,The result of test shows that the soft gear of engineering plastics is an effective way to harmonize the ratio of the mini - convey, gear and conpared with column gear, 3 -stage column gear,brake and snail brake,the gears of plastics is typical of their small volume,light weight and low cost
