本文分析了小传动比谐波齿轮传动的实现方法，对工程塑料柔轮小传动比谐波齿轮传动进行了承载能力和传动效率的试验研究。试验结果表明：用工程塑料制造柔轮是实现小传动比谐波齿轮传动的一条有效途径；工程塑料柔轮小传动比谐波齿轮传动减速器与三级国柱齿轮减速器、蜗杆减速器相比较，具有体积小、重量轻、制造成本低的优点。
