摘要 目的观察中风康对缺血性脑损伤大鼠的保护作用。方法建立大鼠大脑中动脉阻断(MCAO)模型,观察中风康对脑含水量、脑指数及脑组织内一氧化氮合酶(NOS)、丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活力的影响。结果中风康可降低MCAO大鼠脑含水量、脑指数,脑组织内NOS与MDA的含量,明显提高SOD活力,与模型组比较差异有显著性意义,P<0.05或P<0.01。结论中风康对缺血性脑损伤有保护作用,其机制可能与抗自由基和抗神经毒性有关。 AIM To observe the protective effects of Zhongfengkang on cerebral ischemia injury in rats. METHODS After setting up middle cerebral artery occlusion(MCAO)model, brain samples were prepared to investigate the effects of Zhongfengkang on cerebral water volume, cerebral index, nitric oxide(NOS), maleic dialdehyde(MDA) and superoxide dismutase(SOD) in the brain. RESULTS High-dose and middle-dose Zhongfengkang significantly reduced the cerebral water volume and decreased the cerebral index and the concentration of NOS and MDA, markedly increased the activity of SOD, compared with the models, P 〈 0.05, P 〈 0.01. CONCLUSION Zhongfengkang provides significant protective effects against cerebral ischemia injury by its antioxidant activity and antineurotoxicity.
