从碱性提取液中吸附橙皮苷的树脂筛选与动力学

摘要 通过对橙皮苷的静态吸附和动态洗脱实验,对15种树脂进行了筛选,并对筛选出的树脂进行了吸附动力学研究.结果表明,D296适合于碱性提取液中橙皮苷的吸附和被吸附橙皮苷的Cl-解析,吸附过程符合Freundish吸附等温式,是一级反应,反应速率常数k60℃=7.7×10-5s-1;离子交换是最主要的吸附形式。 Fifteen resins were screened by batch adsorption experiments of hesperidin and continual elution experiments of adsorbed hesperidin, and the sorption kinetics of the selected resin was also investigated. The results indicate that D296 is available for the adsorption of hesperidin in alkaline extracting solution and the elution of adsorbed hesperidin by Cl^-. The equilibrium data of adsorption were well fitted to the Freundish isotherm. The adsorption of hesperidin on D296 is first-order reaction, and the rate constant at 60 ℃, that is,k60 is 7.7×10^-5 s^-1.The results also show that ion exchange is the chief adsorption form.
