摘要
以水为溶剂,50℃下超声提取柳树茎皮中的水杨苷,采用香草醛分光光度法,在吸收波长520nm下,建立水杨苷含量的测定方法。实验结果表明:标液浓度在106.65~1706.4mg/L范围内,浓度与吸光度呈良好的线性关系,回归方程为A=0.2701X+0.1442,R2=0.9994(n=3)。加样平均回收率为为99.3%,变异系数为4.13%。本法操作简便、快速、准确,可作为实验或生产中质量评价方法。
A spectrophotometric method to measure the concentration of salicin in the water extract of willow bark was established based on the HCLO4 - Vanilin staining reaction with λmax of 520 nm. The linear range of the salicin concentration was from 106.65 mg/L to 1706.4 mg/L, and the regressive equation showed high stability and reproducibility with a recovery rate of 99.3 %.
